AutoBuzz “solves an ongoing issue and truly improves the new car buying experience”, according to a panel of independent judges and automotive experts, as they awarded order to handover software AutoBuzz the Best New Product or Service Award 2023 at the AM Awards.
The team of judges, who put AutoBuzz ahead in a tough category, included Sally Fyffe, head of wholesale at Micheldever Group and Sue Robinson, chief executive at the National Franchised Dealers Association.
Ingram Sanders, co-founder and CEO at AutoComms Solutions, explained: “Being nominated for an award was special, the AM Awards are the most prestigious in the industry, and many of the most prominent people and suppliers were there.
“We’ve worked hard to understand the most pressing issues by talking to retailers, automotive experts and most importantly, car buyers. “The Order to Handover period was one part of the car buying journey that wasn’t being effectively managed and this meant retailers weren’t able to provide the excellent level of service they are in other parts of the journey. We have addressed this with our first SaaS platform, AutoBuzz. To be recognised by the industry with this award is truly humbling and reflects the hard work of our small but perfectly formed team, our partners and our advisors, and we are incredibly grateful for all the help and support we get.
“We have also been very lucky to have had some brilliant client partners who have come on this journey with us. Congratulations to Waylands and Steven Eagell Group for their incredible award wins too.”
Congratulations also to all our fellow nominees and winners.
