INNOVATION AWARD WON BY AUTOCOMMS AT MOTOR TRADER


AutoBuzz, the automated communication platform that increases both customer experience and customer value in the challenging order to delivery stage of the car-buying journey, won IT Innovation of the Year (Website Innovation) at the prestigious Motor Trader Awards 2023.

In a tough category that boasted the likes of Automotive Transformation Group (ATG), the independent panel of judges selected AutoBuzz by AutoComms Solutions as the winner.


The panel of judges included MD and Chief Ombudsman at The Motor Ombudsman, Bill Fennell, cap hpi’s head of retail, Wendy Swaine, and Loughborough University’s Emeritus Professor, Jim Saker.


It was the second time AutoComms Solutions has walked away with the innovation prize in 2023. In May, AutoBuzz was awarded Best New Product or Service at the AM Awards.


Nick Golding, co-founder at AutoComms Solutions, explained: “Another fantastic achievement for this tech business that is quickly getting recognised as innovative, exciting and game-changing for the car-buying experience. Motor Trader’s panel clearly saw a technology advancement that stands apart, and we’re grateful for the recognition.


“It’s testament to the impact AutoBuzz is having. We are driving up customer value at a time when enquiries are down, and reducing cancellations at a time when holding on to every order is of vital importance,” he added.
