A quarter (25%) of all customers who engage with products and services, via their personalised WelcomeHub, go on to purchase and provide extra revenue to the retailer, recent analysis of the AutoBuzz data platform has revealed.

Products and services range from accessories to service plans, and insurance to paint protection.

Sales teams can either access the details of what customers are engaging with during order to handover via the dashboard, or via their weekly report that is emailed direct to their inbox.
